What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Stargazing: Celebrity Ozempic Before and After

We’re always looking to the stars to see what the latest wellness and weight loss trends are, and right now one definitely stands out over all the rest – Ozempic.

Ozempic is not specifically a weight-loss drug – it’s actually a medication for managing type 2 diabetes. However its mechanism of action – slowing gastric emptying to promote feelings of fullness – can also help people taking the medication shed extra weight. For people struggling with type 2 diabetes and obesity-related health risks at the same time, that’s a real win-win.

But what do Ozempic results really look like?  To answer that question, let’s take a trip to Hollywood to see what celebrities have been taking Ozempic and similar GLP-1 medications. Today we’ll go over:

  • Celebrity Ozempic before and after – so you can see the results for real
  • Things to consider before taking Ozempic
  • Ways to deal with Ozempic side effects

⭐ And before we get started, it’s also important to note: Celebrities don’t always confirm their use of medications like Ozempic or other GLP-1s, but this list is made up of stars who have been rumored or reported to be taking them. So please always take info like this with caution, and make sure to talk to your doctor to ensure any health decisions you make about your own body are the best possible option for you :)

Confirmed? ✅

In her TV special Shame, Blame, and The Weight Loss Revolution, Oprah does a deep dive on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro. While she doesn’t disclose which medication she took herself, she does discuss how treating her lifelong struggle with weight as a medical issue instead of continuing to yo-yo with fad diets was a revelation in how she thinks about weight management and wellness.

“For people who feel happy and healthy celebrating life in a bigger body and don’t want the medications, I say bless you. And for all the people who believe diet and exercise is the best and only way to lose excess weight, bless you too if that works for you. For the people who think that this could be the relief and support and freedom that you’ve been looking for your whole life, bless you too.” (Source)

What to Know Before Taking Ozempic

Medications like Ozempic might be right for some of our favorite celebs, but that doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone. Ozempic is only approved to treat type 2 diabetes, but there are other GLP-1s that are approved for both diabetes and weight management. Be sure to talk to your doctor about your options.

Like any other drug, Ozempic can have some side effects. Many are relatively mild – like stomach upset, nausea, and digestive discomfort. But others can be much more serious. If you experience any sharp pains while taking Ozempic or notice a lump in your throat, be sure to let a healthcare provider know right away to monitor for serious conditions like pancreatitis and thyroid cancer.

Dealing with Ozempic Side Effects

Like we mentioned, many Ozempic side effects aren’t too serious, but they can be pretty uncomfortable. Luckily, there are a few things you can do to help reduce the risk of nausea, gastrointestinal upset, and other mild Ozempic side effects:

  • Take a gut support supplement like Dr. Emil’s Total Gut Complex or even try mixing Dr. Emil’s Multi-Collagen Peptides into your favorite smoothie or morning coffee
  • Eat your probiotics. Try foods rich in gut-soothing probiotics like kimchi, kombucha, kefir, pickles, sauerkraut, miso, and yogurt
  • Watch what you eat, and not just for the calories. High-fat and spicy foods can increase the risk of stomach upset when taking GLP-1s
  • Talk to your doctor because you may need a dose adjustment
