What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

February Reset: One Habit That Changes Everything

January arrives with energy, ambition, and big goals.
February arrives with reality.

This is the moment many people assume they’ve failed — when in fact, this is when real progress begins.

As a physician, I’ve seen it time and time again:
the most meaningful health changes don’t come from extreme plans or perfect execution. They come from simple routines repeated consistently.

A person in a gray shirt holds a dumbbell, looking determined and tired on a gym bench. A coach in a green jacket energetically encourages them.
Perfection is great in theory, but it doesn’t leave room for us to adapt to the reality of what life throws at us. That’s why switching that one word – from perfect to progress – can make such a big difference when it comes to creating achievable goals and lifestyle changes.

Why Perfection Doesn’t Work

Perfection asks too much.

It requires flawless days, perfect schedules, and ideal circumstances — things most of us don’t have. When perfection becomes the goal, one missed workout or forgotten supplement can feel like total failure.

And that’s usually when people quit.

Consistency, on the other hand, allows room for real life.

It’s flexible. It’s forgiving. And it works.

A person with blue nail polish holds a green apple in one hand and a bitten, sprinkle-covered donut in the other, symbolizing a choice between healthy and indulgent foods.
Small changes to your existing routine can have a big impact – and they’re easier to stick to than sweeping resolutions that require you to change everything about your day.

The Power of One Habit

Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on one habit you can repeat even on your busiest days.

For many of my patients, that habit is as simple as anchoring their supplements to an existing routine — taking gut support with breakfast, or a calming formula as part of their evening wind-down.

When supplements are taken inconsistently, it’s hard to feel their benefits. When they’re taken daily, at the same time, the body responds more predictably and more effectively.

February isn’t what most people think of when they think of making healthy changes to their lives – but the second month of the year is the perfect time to lock in and make those healthy changes into a permanent part of your lifestyle.

Why February Is the Perfect Reset

February is often overlooked, but it’s one of the most important months for long-term success.

January is fueled by motivation.
February is fueled by discipline.

This is when routines form — and routines are what carry you through the rest of the year.

Rather than adding more supplements, workouts, or rules, I often suggest simplifying:

  • Support digestion first before layering in other goals
  • Focus on sleep quality before chasing more energy
  • Build consistency before increasing dosage or complexity

This foundation-first approach leads to better results over time.

Consistency Creates Confidence

One of the most overlooked benefits of routine is confidence.

When you show up for yourself daily — even in small ways — you begin to trust yourself again. That trust makes it easier to build new habits, stack healthier choices, and stay patient with the process.

This is why I encourage people to think of supplements as daily support, not quick fixes. They work best when paired with consistency, realistic expectations, and healthy routines.

This February, don’t overload yourself with major changes: focus on simple, repeatable goals to see success.

The February Mindset

This month, don’t aim for more — aim for repeatable.

Choose one habit.
Anchor it to your day.
Let consistency do the heavy lifting.

Health isn’t about doing everything right.
It’s about doing the right things often enough.

And February is exactly where that begins.
